Last updated: May 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CloudQR ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CloudQR provides a free dynamic QR code management platform that allows users to create, manage, and track QR codes. Dynamic QR codes enable users to update destination URLs without changing the QR code itself.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Third-Party Authentication

You may also create an account and sign in using Google OAuth. By using Google OAuth, you authorize us to access certain information from your Google account (email address and profile information) as permitted by Google's terms and your Google account settings. Your use of Google OAuth is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
  • Create QR codes for harassment, abuse, or deceptive purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
  • Attempt to bypass our bot protection mechanisms or automated abuse prevention systems

5. User Content

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content and destination URLs of the QR codes you create. You retain all rights to your content, but grant us a license to host and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws, but we are not obligated to do so.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses and integrates with various third-party services to provide functionality:

  • Google Services: We use Google OAuth for authentication, Google Analytics for usage analytics and marketing insights, and Google reCAPTCHA for bot protection. Your use of these features is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare's infrastructure for hosting, content delivery, and security. All data is stored on Cloudflare's servers. Cloudflare's services are subject to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Free Service

CloudQR is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future, but existing free features will remain free for current users.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by CloudQR and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit permission.
